ΦUI LED & OLED Tester

LED and OLED tester set-ups provides comprehensive analysis of LED and OLED efficiency.
The parameters tested as a function of voltage or current are:

  • luminous flux
  • spectral radiant power
  • quantum efficiency
  • power efficiency
  • CIE components

The LED test system is based around the LPS-20 power supply which provides high resolution remote control of voltage or current set-ups and high resolution measurement of the variable parameter under test. Sense inputs allow true voltage measurements directly at the test device rather than further down the electrical path.

The Light Source Tester software enables preset of measurement parameters such as start and stop voltage and number of steps or resolution of steps.

Current and voltage limit values can be defined as well as the parameter to be measured, calculated and stored during the data logger run.

Besides voltage, current, luminous flux, quantum efficiency, power efficiency and CIE components the spectral radiant power data can be stored and accessed in ASCII file format for each logged measurement.

Maximum flexibility and freedom in system set-up is available to the end-user.
