Very high sensitive detector head for the measurement of photopic illuminance in Lux [lx]. Features: f1 ≤ 3 %, 28nA/lx, no diffuser, for the usage with optometers and amplifiers, calibration
The PD-9310B-N is an illuminance measurement head with a 1cm² large photodiode ensuring high responsivity. Because of not having a diffuser window, the PD-9310B-N offer higher illuminance responsivity compared to the PD-9310B detector with diffuser window. The fact that it does not have a diffuser window however makes it suitable for measurement of spot light sources. Its minimal noise equivalent signal (about 3.6µlx) makes it specifically ideal for measurement of low illuminance levels. Its photometric responsivity corresponds to the DIN-5032 - Article 7 quality class B. The detector can be combined with all optometers and light meters from Gigahertz-Optik.
The PD-9310B and PD-9310B-N are calibrated in terms of their absolute illuminance responsivity and relative spectral responsivity by the Gigahertz-Optik calibration laboratory for optical radiation measurands. The calibrations are documented in an individually compiled calibration certificate. The design and contents of the calibration certificate are in accordance with the ISO 17025 specifications
